    Cleanse Ice Quartz before use: overnight in a glass vessel, covered with salt water.
    Rinse, pat dry and place into the freezer. Once frozen, they can be used in a large jug or individual glasses to chill, charge and energise your water and beverages.
    Once cleansed, they can also be used non-frozen in your filtered water jug.
    Can also be placed in your bath for a high vibrational soak!
